Abstract

The advanced country, by definition, must retain financially secure and humanely respectable society per se. So the Authority Concerned should guarantee the higher quality of life such as fresh air, clean water, nuisance-free surroundings.
In addition to that, there are several essential requirements for citizens to follow in order to keep their own country wealthy and well-developed.
Firstly, citizen´s way of thinking and behavior should undergo radical process of change, which begins, for the best, from the grassroots.
Secondly, we have to eradicate systematic chain of corruption that is likely to distort the political structure of the government and have citizens lose the warmed conviction of their homeland.
Last, an effective implementation of local autonomy must be carried out to the point. And the independent press, the sound administration, leading government shoul respectively play their given roles as a part of the whole.
These are the meaning and the conviction for an ideally developed country.
